The Eastern Florida State College women's basketball team finished the Battle on the Beach Tournament 2-0 with the second straight dominating performance.
The Titans, who are ranked 20th in the preseason NJCAA Division I National Poll, led by 43 points after the first two quarters and defeated Southern Crescent Technical College 109-24 on Saturday afternoon.
Freshman Karen Nimo finished with a team-high 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds while Jazelle Young had 18 points and eight rebounds. Jalei O'Neal had 14 points while E'Zaria Adams had 13 and Lynn Rieth added 10 in the win.
The team finished with 30 steals and 34 offensive rebounds.
Eastern Florida State College will travel to DME National on Tuesday for a 5:30 p.m. contest before heading to Tallahassee to play South Georgia Tech and East Georgia State College on Friday and Saturday.
