
Women's volleyball program announces 2025 schedule
The Eastern Florida State College women's volleyball team has released its schedule for the 2025 season.
The Titans, who are coming off a 15-win season and finished the season ranked 19th in the NJCAA Division I National Poll, will open the regular season at the FSW Tournament for the second straight season.
Eastern Florida State College will play four matches at Florida Southwestern State College, three of which finished last season ranked in the top 25 nationally. The Titans received votes in the final poll and spent much of the regular season ranked in the top 25.
The Titans open the season against Snow College and then will play Trinity Valley Community College who were both ranked in the top 20. Then on Saturday, they play the College of Southern Idaho and then Utah State Eastern who finished last season ranked eighth in the country.
The home opener will be Tuesday, August 26 against St. Petersburg College at Titan Field House beginning at 6 p.m. Admission to matches at Titan Field House is free.
The Titans will then hit the road once again, traveling to Utah for the Salt Lake CC Tournament on August 28-29. They will face host Salt Lake Community College, CSI once again and then on Friday you will play Western Wyoming Community College and Western Nebraska Community College. Salt Lake CC and Western Nebraska also finished last season ranked giving the Titans five ranked opponents in the first nine matches.
Eastern Florida State College will host the Titan Invitational on Sept. 5-6 which will be an eight-team tournament featuring defending national champion Florida Southwestern as well as national tournament runner-up Miami Dade College.
The Titans will open the tournament against USC Lancaster at 9 a.m. and then will play Lake Land College at 4:30 p.m. on the first day. On day 2 they will play Andrew College and Weatherford College.
Then Eastern Florida State College will open the Citrus Conference schedule at home against Daytona State College at 2 p.m. It begins a 12-match conference schedule for the Titans as they look to qualify for the FCSAA Region 8 State Tournament for the fourth straight season.
