Men's basketball team defeats FSC Jacksonville

The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team used a big second half to defeat the Florida State College of Jacksonville 74-49 in a Mid-Florida Conference game Saturday afternoon on the road.

The Titans, who improved to 15-5 overall and 1-1 in the conference, outscored FSC-Jacksonville by 18 points in the second half to pick up the conference win.

Sophomore Nick Stampley led the Titans with 14 points while Nathanael Jack had 12 and Junior Madut finished with 11 points.

The Florida State College at Jacksonville fell to 4-12 with the loss.

Eastern Florida State College will be back at Titan Field House Wednesday night, hosting Daytona State College at 7:30 p.m. It will be Green Dot Night at Titan Field House with games and other activities before the game.
